Other evidence on Obesity & dementia links:

  • The Journal of Neurology in March 2005 & Science Daily, also in March 05 suggest the incidence of pre-senility issues which are indicators to disease such as Alzheimers, etc have been grossly under-reported. Indeed many researches are suggesting that by the year 2030 almost 3% of the USA population will have symptoms of dementia such as Alzheimers, up very significantly than in the previous 25 yr period.
  • Further an article posted on Yahoo News in Nov. 2004 described how, in comparison to women who maintained normal weight levels, women who had been obese throughout their entire lives were found to be more prone to a loss of brain tissue in their temporal lobes--the area in the brain responsible for speech, comprehension and memory.

Remember, most of us in the West would say, 'You are what you eat'; When more accurately what we might REALLY mean is: You are what [you absorb from what] you eat. This is where our products primarily work because you see, there are so many things in the West which inadvertently conspire to rob us of the life force of the gut & hence our capacity to absorb & hence our Mind/Memory and yes, our weight stability
